The
X level Sports Facility
features 4 Iron Mike pitching machines, Two full length tunnels
for bullpens as well as four
batting tee boxes. The Pirate players will have full access to the cages
during the
individual skills practice each week and by being a member of the Pirates
will
automatically become a member of X Level sports which offers discounts on
tokens and
other great offers from X Level Sports.
New this quarter is going to be the introduction
of core strength and agility training.
Every team will have one thirty-minute session per week with
Dave Trujillo.
We have converted the backroom at X Level Sports into a strength
and agility training center, which will only enhance our players success
on the field!
